Here is exactly what you do in VaxiTrace, step by step. Every screen below is the real app, shown with sample farm data.
Create your free account
Sign up with your name, email and a password. That’s all we need to start. You can use VaxiTrace on any phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection: there is nothing to install.
Set up your farm or cattle post
A short guide asks for your farm’s name, its district and the livestock you keep. Add the groups or camps you use (for example Breeding herd, Weaners) whenever you like.
Add your animals
Register each animal by its tag or local number. Name, breed, sex, date of birth and official ID are optional and can be added later. On the Growing Herd plan and above you can import a spreadsheet.
Record a vaccination, treatment or vet visit
Choose the animals (one, a group, or all of them), then the product, date, dose and who gave it. One save records it for every animal you selected. Records your invited vet enters or confirms are marked as verified.
Add the next due date
If your vet or the product label gives a booster or re-check date, enter it on the record. VaxiTrace never invents dates: it only tracks the ones you enter.
Review what’s due and print your records
Your overview shows what is overdue, due today and coming up. Paid plans also send email reminders. Each animal has a printable history, and Health Records lets you filter by date and download a spreadsheet.
Asking for veterinary help
Not open to farmers yet. We are verifying vets first, and VetConnect will open country by country once they are verified. Vets can register now.
If you’re a veterinary provider
- Register and complete your profile: type, country, areas, services, livestock and registration details.
- Submit it for verification. We check your registration against the official register.
- Once verified, matching requests appear in your Requests dashboard and by email.
- Review each request, then accept or decline. Accepting shows the owner’s contact details and any shared history.
- Record progress (contacted, arranged, completed, or referred to official services) and keep internal notes.
