The service

VaxiTrace is a record-keeping tool. It does not give veterinary advice, prescribe treatment, set vaccination schedules or issue official certificates.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of records you enter and for following veterinary advice, product labels and official requirements, including withdrawal periods.

Verification

“Verified” means a professional you invited confirmed the record in VaxiTrace. It is not an official certification. [REVIEW]

Passports

An animal health passport is not an official veterinary certificate or a movement permit, and it is not connected to government systems.

Payments and lapses

Paid features apply once payment is confirmed. If a plan lapses, records become read-only and remain exportable. [REVIEW: refund policy, consumer protection]
