Be one of our first partner practices
We’re looking for our first partner vets in Southern Africa. Your clients get reminders before boosters are due, so they come back to you on time.
- Free for your practice. Use VaxiTrace with your clients at no cost.
- A listing for farmers near you, once we have checked your registration.
- Your own link to share with clients. For each client’s first year, we pay you 20% of what they pay for VaxiTrace plans after joining through your link, monthly by bank transfer.
- “Vet-checked” records. Confirm the treatments you gave, so your clients’ passports carry your check.
How we verify providers
- You create an account and complete your profile: type of provider, country, areas, services, and your registration body and number.
- We check the registration against the official register for your country. A number typed into a form is not proof on its own.
- Once confirmed, your profile is marked verified with the date we checked, and you start receiving matching requests.
- We re-check registrations periodically. Changing your registration details sends your profile back for checking.
Verification is free and cannot be bought. A listing is not an endorsement by VaxiTrace or any government authority. You remain responsible for your professional assessment and clinical decisions.

What does it cost?
Nothing while VetConnect is in its pilot. Founding partner practices also receive 20% of what clients who join through their link pay for plans in their first year. If we introduce optional paid tools later, verification and basic listing will stay free, and payment will never affect verification.
Do I have to accept every request?
No. Accept the requests you can help with and decline the rest. You can also switch off new requests when you’re unavailable.
Who sets prices and arrangements?
You do, directly with the owner. VaxiTrace does not take bookings or payments for your services.
Which countries can I register in?
Vets can register from any country. We are starting with Southern Africa, where we already have country settings. We check registrations against each country’s official register, so verification may take longer where registers are harder to access.
